Note for anyone who may be in the southeast Aurora area and interested in carpooling, Cathy Mitchell has suggested meeting at Carino's coffee (NE corner of Smoky Hill Rd. and Liverpool - behind Rite Aid) around 10 a.m.

Here is information on other events happening around Colorado on either Friday (April 15) or Saturday (April 16).  The event Saturday at Loveland sounds like quite the gathering and might be worth the drive if the weather is good.

Just announced on Grassroots Radio Colorado [KLZ 560], Peoples Press Collective will be filming the rally at the Capitol and will live stream the event.  It is of course important to show the legislators that the TEA Party groups are not going away by our physical presence, but for those who cannot be there in person please check for the live feed where number of viewers can be counted.

[Note:  Peoples Press Collective was a name chosen to allow a conservative group access to the 2008 Democratic National Convention.  They have contributed tremendously to the video archive of liberty groups' events and candidate forums when no other media took interest.  Check their video archives also.]

Also earlier I was communicating [there is a chat at thebcast.com] with someone from Idaho who offered the following as their theme for their local Tax Day Rally:

Theme:  Not amused. Not afraid. Not going away.

I like the sentiment.  Their facebook page has two clips of radio advertisements that have been airing:

their web page is interesting:

I am interested in carpooling. Can take 7 or 8. Leave from Carino Coffee, around 10? Let's have a real party!!!!!

Let's get as big of a crowd as we can! Should we have our petition to Bennett and Udall to get signatures?

There will be a petition for "Audit the Fed" bills circulating at the Capitol.  This event came to me through Facebook, so please look for this if it is of interest.

Colorado's Campaign for Liberty at the Tax Day Protest!

Come join us as we stand with multiple liberty groups from all over Colorado to let our State and Federal government know we are sick and tired of being taxed to death!

We need you there! Why? We will be gathering signatures for the Audit the Fed bills to get ALL of Colorado's Federally elected officials to cosponsor both bills. (SB 202 & HB 459).

Make fun signs (you are all so creative) to wave, help talk to people at our table, walk around and gather signatures, and most of all, have fun!

Wear your Campaign for Liberty gear and help get the GOP back to it's fiscal roots.

Please share this event with all of your friends/email contacts to have a huge group there to represent Colorado's Campaign for Liberty!

The partial speakers list for the Tax Day Rally has been filled in more and the update is located at:

http://hearus-now.org/?p=1858

The people who are listed represent the "Who's Who" of a number of the groups in the Front Range.

Previous events have had booths at which informational brochures, books or authors, paraphernalia [pins, mugs, flags, T-shirts], for which some people may have some interest.

Peoples Press Collective typically films these events.  Don't let their name and logo fool you; they have a conservative mission.

For those people who are new to the liberty movement, I encourage you to attend and get acquainted with some of the other people who are involved.

Does anyone want to discuss carpooling?
