Event Description
Some of the young conservatives have decided to "Occupy the Occupy Denver" event this Saturday in downtown Denver. The group apparently is planning to engage in some dialogue/debate with the occupiers.
The planners of the event plan to meet near the west steps of the Capitol to organize and plan at about noon. They will head over to Civic Center Park at 3:00 p.m.
At the moment I do not have the name of the organizing group. Watch for additional details or just go for a nice afternoon at the park.

Mike, I am not sure whether you should wear your name tag, my guess is No. However, it is a weekend event and you are a young "whippersnapper" and it might help hone debate skills. Enjoy if you get to go. Hay, on second thought were you not supposed to be staying close by for your wife's impending delivery or did that happen yet? -- Wilma

"Saturday, June 16th at 3:00pm
Colorado YAF, South Suburban Freedom Fighters, and many more will be gathering at Civic Center Park in Denver to protest the far-left movement known as occupy denver. Gather your friends and family, make a good sign, bring a camera, and join us in showing Colorado that Occupy does not hold the majority opinion.
The primary topic will be capitalism. We need to defend our belief in capitalism, or our whole philosophy falls apart.
We will meet at 3pm, which is when their rally is set to start. We will also have a meeting the week before to discuss tactics and philosophy, as well as our overall approach.
