What is a Rhino

For the last few years we have made referred to several Republicans in office as Rhino.

 

Well.... What is a Rhino?

Is a conservative on economic and social issues but votes for forms of regulating assault rifles, is he a Rhino?

 

Republican votes for constitutional conservatism and economic conservatism but is pro-choice when it comes to incest and rape.  Is he not Republican enough, is he a Rhino?

 

If a Republican votes against Obama-care but votes for Child Tax Credits for families is he a Rhino?

 

If a Republican votes for free market systems and liberty for the people but wants our Global Military footprint to be reduced, are they a Rhino?
