Time for the truth about EPA's "Clean Power Plan"

Every electricity user in Colorado (and elsewhere) should read the Denver Post article and learn how you and Colorado will be affected now and in the near future because of the EPA's power plan.  The legislation pushed through the Colorado legislature in recent years set standards that were costly and challenging to attain.  Now, it appears Colorado may be forced to push the standards further.
