As heard on the Monday, March 28, 2016, Kelly & Kafer Radio Show on 710 KNUS, a group had done a state government program (Colorado) to allow people to play with where they would change programs and expenditures and has a follow up to do the same for the USA (federal) budget.  Check this program out and try your hand at where you would make changes--choices.
