Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin have been promoting this free "Constitution Day Celebration" webcast from Hillsdale College starting at 9:00 a.m. (EST) [7:00 a.m. MST]. Speakers include Hillsdale President Larry P. Arnn, Honorable Paul Ryan, a panel discussion, Honorable Michael Mukasey, and Charles Krauthammer.
