Event Description

Update on Election Kickoff Meeting for the Arapahoe Tea Party

On March 6, 2012, at 6:30 PM, the Arapahoe County Tea Party will kick off the push to November, 2012 and the replacement of Barack Obama as President of the United States. While that is certainly the most important election ahead, we have a multitude of down-ticket candidates who also need our support. In addition, each and every one of us needs to make a commitment to educate ourselves and donate our time and treasure to the cause of restoring liberty in our county, our state and our country.

Please join us at the Smoky Hill Library, 5430 S. Biscay St. (Smoky Hill Road and Biscay), Centennial, CO to kickoff this election season with a bang:

We will conduct a presidential straw poll on the same night as voters are speaking out in Super Tuesday states.

We will hear from candidates and elected officials including Art Carlson (candidate SD 28), Spencer Swalm (Rep. HD 37), David Balmer (Rep. HD 39 and candidate for SD 27), with more to come.

The Inconvenient Sunny Roseman will share a pithy thought or two.

Derrick Wilburn, founder of the Rocky Mountain Black Tea Party will speak on reaching out to black Americans, who consistently support Democrat candidates and policies that impoverish and enslave us.

The evening will conclude with former Congressman and presidential candidate Tom Tancredo, who will speak on local and national politics, grassroots activism, illegal immigration and how we can all make the biggest difference possible in this most important of elections.

Thanks for coming Frederick.  I talked to Tom before he announced.  I think it was a very thoughtful decision, and don't think he thought of himself as a third-party savior.  He saw an untenable situation and made the only play he had.  You should ask him about it.  Maes was a disaster.

I hope his head can fit through the door.  I will be there to listen to what he has to say, I'm even willing to hold hands and work together in the future.  But if he goes on about how he is a third party savior nonsense I will share some words.

Noting that Randy Corporon was the guest host for Grassroots Radio Colorado on February 27, his guests were Rev. C. L. Bryant (former NAACP leader, http://www.runawayslavemovie.com) and Derrick Wilburn, head of the Rocky Mountain Black Tea Party (http://rockymountainblackteaparty.com).  Derrick Wilburn has been invited to attend the March 6 meeting as well.
