Are you frustrated with Congress? What if there was a way to reign them in by using the Constitution? James Madison gave us the answer - Article V, the way the states can amend the Constitution. Congress is obviously not going to end their out of control spending and over reaching power grabs, but that can all be changed by the states using Article V. Come and learn how!

Rob Natelson is a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Jurisprudence at the Independence Institute in Denver. He was a law professor for 25 years where he taught Constitutional Law, Advanced Constitutional Law, Constitutional History and the First Amendment. He is a recognized national expert on the framing and adoption of the US Constitution. He has been the first to uncover key facts about some of the most significant parts of the Constitution, including Article V.
