Your meeting time on saturday, July 17th conflicts with the meeting of the Colorado Tea Party who is meeting that same day from 2-4 in a downtown location.  I have been curious about what happened to the Colorado Tea Party - I joined at its beginning in March 2009 but it kinda lost its steam by fall.  I was going to see what's going on as I understand it is under "new management".

I realize that APT is a totally separate entity but it seems there should be some sharing of ideas and communication.  I also understand that Time and date conflicts are going to be numerous as we go into the fall.        How much is the renewal rate?

Yea I know about the CTP meeting and they are free to have meetings as often as needed to get their organization reistablished. I have been in direct communication with their organization, Tony, and with Jon who will be helping to get it reorganized. I think their meeting will be much more interesting I grant you but time is short and there are dozens of other Tea Party groups and about as many 9-12 groups of which I know and speak with many. Meeting times are destined to overlap.

Say hello to Jon and let me know what their up to after the meeting.

I think the rates for the our website are going up from $45/annual rate to a new three tiered system. We can squeeze into a basic new rate that limits our members to 100 and basic services which would be a cut to around $50/annual. A tier at what we are currently using and may require for additional members to join would be around $200/annual or so. I will have to print out the rates prior to the meeting to hand out. There is also a gold package tier which is a little outrageous.

Thanks
