Amendment 65: An intrusion on our right to free speech

Ari Armstrong has written an item for the Denver Post that was discussed on Grassroots Radio Colorado (KLZ 560 AM) during the 5:00-6:00 p.m. hour October 24, 2012. The opinion piece should be read before anyone votes on Amendment 65 measure that is on the ballot.

It seems like I heard Randy B. Corporon and Representative Chris Holbert discussing this item during a segment on the same radio show earlier in the week and they may have indicated that they would vote for the measure--as a "yes" on Amendment 65. However, neither Randy nor Chris offered much discussion for consideration.

Having read Ari Armstrong's discussion, I would strongly encourage everyone to read his opinion and refer to your copy of the Constition for reflection before voting on Amendment 65 for either position.
