Occupy Denver led to overtime for various city departments during five days of protest in October at about $365,000, said the safety manager's office, according to the Denver Post.

The city and state patrol budgets will be hurt becouse of this and most likely the money will have to come from a general fund were it hurts the entire state not only Denver.  I believe this amount was only through the end of the month of October so the costs will continue to acrue.  Loss of state and city jobs might be in the future if this continues due to our strained budgets.
