Pat Caddell has a very important message before the Accuracy in Media (aim.org) audience. He expresses many concerns but around the 20 minute mark he is commenting that with the direction the media is going and the American people's trust in the media declining that it could become very easy to dispose of the free speech rights in the First Amendment.
