Recap of the 2012 Arapahoe Tea Party Election Season Kickoff Meeting

116 patriots showed up for a Tuesday evening gathering at Smoky Hill Library.  We heard from a dozen candidates, The Inconvenient Sunny Roseman entertained, and Derrick Wilburn of Rocky Mountain Black Tea Party and Tom Tancredo closed the deal.  The entire meeting was recorded, so check back here often.

Many milled around well after the library closed, inside and then outside, to debate grassroots energy, Republican presidential politics and what's next.  Many great compliments and encouragements for activities to come.  Thanks one and all.

Thank you Randy for all of your efforts promoting this event and arranging for speakers and candidates.  Thanks also to whoever you borrowed the sound system from.  Tana made a good sign-in form and I sure appreciate Jen volunteering to cover the table.  Many thanks to everyone who stacked chairs afterwards.

 

Someone commented they only heard about the event 2 hours before.  Another person commented they did not know "tea party" was still active.
