MSNBC explains Obama's plan.

The thing is it is along the thinking of the Constitution.

This is the same as the Patriot Act in that it circumvents the 4th Amendment of the Consititution.

Ron Paul supporters have been outraged for some time about this, it now seems the left is beginning to see the light.

Question is:  Will the president/party (rather they repubs or dems) worshipers ignore what is going on? 

Or will they vote according to the Constitution?
