How Free Do You Want To Be? by Rep. Roy Culberson (TX)

The King Street Patriots appear to have a weekly program.  At a recent event, U.S. Representative Roy Culberson (TX) spoke at length about some legislation he has worked on or has in progress.  I like his ideas for some of the ways to start to unravel legislative problems (nightmares). 

 

A previous accomplishment was working on legislation that allowed "him" to then file suit in a district court to remove the judge from overseeing prison system and putting it back with the state.  Using similar ideas he wants to resolve other issues.
