X-Cel Energy
We got a phone message today from X-Cel saying that we are now on a two tier billing system for our electric bill. Guess I hadn't heard of it before. Am I the only one upset with Ritter for putting all our money into so called environmental projects and then charging the people more for energy??? When we can all least afford it they are going to charge more.

That was exactly the tone I used when I wrote to Republican Leader Josh Penry who was championing this bill earlier this year. I asked also that some wording in the bill be removed however Josh had his Natural Gas lobby to keep him straight for this bill.
