Clear the Bench Colorado has posted another informative article on the judicial system.  This is recommended reading highlighting possible problems with the system.

Watch for more efforts to clean up the evaluation system in the coming years.  There was a start in 2014, but attempts to get propositions before the electorate seem to have fallen short.  Perhaps there will be additional efforts with more time to educate.
