In 2008, Barack Obama swept the nation with fervent passion for two words: "hope" and "change." These two words, more than anything else, inspired millions of American youth to get active and involved in his campaign, prompting many in the mainstream media to dub us "Generation O." ...

Now, for the first time in at least a century, the future of the American Dream is now in real question and in serious doubt.

Millions of younger Americans - the next generation of national leadership - are finally starting to wake up to this stark reality: Barack Obama has failed to live up to his promises, and he must be replaced with a new president!

On Saturday, October 20, join an unprecedented group of concerned, young speakers (ages 15-25) who have bucked the conventional wisdom, turned toward the future, and determined that we must chart a new course in order to secure the American Dream!

The Securing Our American Dream Rally will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on the West Steps of the Colorado State Capitol on Saturday, October 20 - just days after ballots drop. Don't miss this exciting and inspiring event!

Note: I keep hearing comments that people have asked where are the rallies and tea party groups. It has been a while and most of us have been busy with our projects. There is this rally and one the previous week that it would be helpful if everyone possible turned out for before the ballots start.

Bring a friend or neighbor to the rally. The younger generation also needs to be involved in this process.

Comment by W. Branstetter on October 14, 2012 at 8:14pm: Note that there was slim attendance at the Colorado Hispanic Republicans' rally October 13. Although the weather included a light to drizzle rain, I think I expected more supporters from previous rallies to attend.
