During the January 6 Kelly & Kafer show on 710 KNUS (1-4 p.m.) a caller said that she and others were making blue ribbons to distribute at the rally on the west steps of the state capitol in Denver for the rally for the National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Saturday January 9, 2016, noon to 3:00 p.m. MT.
