The training will be provided from the perspective of Principles of Liberty founder, Rich Bratten, based upon his experience in rating legislation at the state level in Colorado for the past 4 years. http://www.principlesofliberty.org/

Note that there are no limits to who can attend American Conservatives of Color events.  Their meetings usually have some food.  It is a great group.

The meeting room at the Independence Institute is down the stairs and may be a challenge for some people.
