Professor Rob Natelson, nationally known constitutional scholar cited repeatedly by courts, will speak on the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact legislation by the Colorado General Assembly. Hear why NPV is unconstitutional and replaces the American presidential system with that of Mexico and Nicaragua. Important to the Referendum Petition effort underway to over-ride the General Assembly action.
Please note: There is a $12 Cover Charge which includes a taco bar buffet, soft drink, dessert and cost of the meeting room. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at a separate cash bar.
Cancel your RSVP by noon Tuesday April 23. All unfilled reserved seats are expected to pay.
