  Smoky Hill Library for this coming Saturday (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
 ) if anyone can meet to discuss how to organize for future meetings an
 d topics for discussion.\n\nIt is short notice but it has been a while
  since the last meeting. Quite a few people joined this group since th
 en and certainly a meeting is appropriate. There is undoubtedly more t
 o discuss than an hour will allow but let us get started.\n\nLast year
  we were starting a crash course learning how to affect change through
  the caucus system and the best possible was to fill gaps where possib
 le. The 2-year cycle should start again in January and maybe there are
  more slots to fill.\n\nIf you have ideas in mind bring them. Hope to
