 l Visit Kickoff on Wednesday, March 13, in preparation for a celebrati
 on of the birthday of James Madison (March 16, 1751).\n \nThere will 
 be over 100 5th graders from the metro Denver area. \n \n\"“Here c
 ome the redshirts!” Dressed in their red Liberty Day Kids T-shirts, 
 the students will spend the morning quizzing legislators, lobbyists, s
 taff, and visitors on the U.S. Constitution – and we encourage you t
 o quiz them back!  Speaker of the House Mark Ferrandino has also grac
 iously welcomed a group of 5th grade students to read the Declaration 
 of Independence on the House floor – something that’s never been d
 one before!\n\nThe reading of the Declaration will begin at around 9 a
 .m. Wednesday morning, with quizzing events beginning at around 9:30.�
