 ates and events that everyone should know about who attend the caucus 
 meetings and plan to represent their precincts at the county and state
  assemblies.  Note that anyone who plans to represent their precincts
  as delegates will have to pay at the caucus for the county and state 
 events.  So you will need to have your calendars clear for those date

  Note that to participate in the caucus you were to be affiliated wit
 h a party 60 days in advance of caucus.  (That date was previously po

 filiated but will not be able to participate in the delegate selection
