 ut, Cap and Balance\" petition to get the word out. They have 35,000 s
 ignatures already, and Sen. Mitch McConnell just signed on as a co-spo
 nsor of the legislation. Imagine the message it would send if 1,000,00
 0 signatures could be gathered in the next week. (Not all by us, of co
 urse, but we can influence our area) What should our goal be - 1% of t
