Is there any doubt now who has the power in this nation and is there any doubt that Liberty has been struck another blow with this Supreme Court decision of the Affordable Health Care Act and now you have heard from the Highest Court in the Land that your government can force you to buy anything they want you to. This ruling will become the new Roe vs, Wade like decision and it will become the darling of any Industry that wants to insure it makes a profit. To those who want to make this a political party issue I have news for you the deciding Justice in this case was appointed by a Republican and I will bet a week’s paycheck that Justice Roberts is a card carrying Republican, the other huge issue that is being totally ignored in the press and cable news outlets is this is a decision that will stand even if you repeal the Law. The future legislation that will come out of this ruling will be overwhelming. We also need to understand to change it ( the Ruling) will take another case to work its way through the court. Just watch the lobbying start from the corporate world and if you don’t think so just listen to how the Health insurance industry responds to this . Most of the large insurers where a part of the development of this legislation and the Software industry has reap huge profits on the software to establish the Electronic records keeping that this legislation is going to require. Don’t let the repeal talk satisfy you even if you repeal this law, the principal of Government mandating you buy something will stand. It is time for another Tea Party, the first one was about taxation without representation, how does that compare to this? I just heard Governor Jindal finally call this ruling what it is and the only one to do so far. Let The People THINK!

JULIE ROVNER, BYLINE: Well, you know, this is still the big worry of the insurance industry. When this law passed, they said from the beginning that this penalty is too small, that the people that they really need to get into the insurance pool are the young healthy people and that the penalty is so small - it's only a couple of hundred dollars to begin with - and the cheapest insurance policy will be at least a couple of thousand, that it will be so much easier just to pay the penalty rather than get insurance, that you'll end up with these young healthy people still not having insurance - they'd rather pay the penalty - and you'll end up with only sick people buying insurance and that will run up the cost of insurance. And they're still very worried about that.
