I assure you that no censorship has taken place in regards to your photo unless it was pornographic or racist in nature. In which case you would likely have been blocked from all posting. If you would like to repost the photo I'll certainly be willing to look at it and make recommendations, as to whether it should or should not be approved. But having checked I don't see that any photos have been moderated and/or removed.
Now while we are also on the subject of the 1st Amendment, to the US Constitution, I’ll remind you that the amendment concerns the limitations set by government on your freedom of speech, it does not, however, apply to private organizations, such as this website, or businesses such as your place of employment. We'll allow a certain liberty with your blog posting, forum discussions, and comments to postings by others, but there are definitely limitations. We do not regularly remove postings for simple disagreement, as long as the discourse is civil and rational.
