Arapahoe County Tea Party will be trying out a different meeting location for October (and probably November) and encourage you to try the dinner buffet ($6.95) and arrive early and socialize a bit at:
6:30 - 6:45: set up and introductions 6:45 - 7:00: pre-submitted announcement handout and speaker introduction 7:00 - 8:00: speaker & questions 8:00 - 8:30: group "house-keeping," last-minute announcements, updates 8:30: adjourn but allow people to hang out and socialize if they'd like [room needs to have tables and chairs stowed]
9:00: facilities are closed
