How was the program's initial start up on the 9th?  Was it a success?

    Fredrick,

It looks like June 9, 2011, was the date of the press release.  I thought I read all of the material so I am not sure about your second question and the word "success."  I suppose I am curious how often the public service announcements are going to run over the next few months to explain this test in advance among numerous other thoughts.  Hope you have a good week.
