The American Experiment has announced this event:
Speaker: Jeremy Strand
Topic: Lost Principles in Economics
Do you ever get frustrated about what is happening to our economy? People are struggling and the government keeps telling us they are fixing it, that they are creating more jobs and meanwhile the deficit keeps climbing. The media seems to think things are getting better, but are they? A country, state or community can have the best form of government available, with excellent statesmen, but if the economic policy is fundamentally flawed, it doesn’t matter. Come and learn about Keynesian economics which is the current policy and compare it to Austrian economics and decide for yourself which is best. Jeremy Strand is an excellent educator and will take this seemingly difficult topic and make it fun! So put away that frown and come prepared to laugh and enjoy yourself while you learn how to understand economics as our Founding Fathers understood them. Invite your friends!
