 ublic hearing on Friday, September 24 titled the \"State Powers Summit
 \" from 10:00am-2:00pm. This hearing will be open to the public and wi
 ll be held in Hearing Room B of the Legislative Services Building, nex
 t to the state Capitol building.\n\n\n\nThe format will provide an opp
 ortunity to listen to prepared remarks from various speakers and will 
 allow time for a brief roundtable discussion on each topic. Featured s
 peakers will include Jonathan Williams, the director of the Tax and Fi
 scal Policy Task Force for the American Legislative Exchange Council (
 ALEC), Robert G. Natelson, Senior Fellow in Constitutional Jurispruden
 ce at the Independence Institute, Geoffrey Blue, Colorado Deputy Attor
 ney General for Legal Policy and Governmental Affairs, Senator Kevin L
 undberg from CO Senate District 15 and Representative Kent Lambert of
