Centennial Institute presents for Issue Monday, Rob Witmer, the co-author of the book The Blueprint: How the Democrats Took Colorado, and Why Republicans Everywhere Should Care. Rob Witmer will speak and lead a discussion of the groups on the edge of the political parties that are "transforming" our politics to the disadvantage of conservatives.
