Reminder: Mail Ballot (2 stamps) to County Clerk

Be sure to mail your completed ballot to the county clerk's office in the envelope provided.  Because of the size and weight two (2) stamps are necessary.  Any further delay runs the risk that the U.S. Postal Service may not deliver before 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013.

There are drop-off locations around the county if you do not mail the ballot.  Refer to the instructions.

Arapahoe County Clerk & Recorder indicated at a recent meeting that it is possible to find out if the envelope containing your ballot has been received by checking the web site.  Once the ballot is separated from the envelope, it cannot be tracked.  There are many other features there so take a look at the web site.

It may be possible to mail and have the ballot delivered if it is sent on Friday, November 1, 2013.   Please do not delay.  Everyone should have their vote counted.
