Event Description
The folks at R Block Party have a terrific program planned for their annual discussion and presentation of "Over the Fence" messaging.
What is an "Over the Fence" message? People used to talk "over the fence" with their neighbors about all sorts of topics. That communication seems to have been lost in recent years but the concept may be quite helpful in developing a conversation or planting a seed of an idea with a neighbor or someone you see at a gas station or grocery store.
The ideas may be helpful particularly for candidates or supporters who are walking precincts.
