  explanation how we arrived at this mess and how to extricate ourselve
 s.\n \nR Block Party offers a great opportunity to meet people involv
 ed in many areas of the community and discuss issues of importance to 
 Colorado. \n \nArrive early (6:30 p.m.) to socialize before the meet
 ing (7:00 p.m.).  The meeting wraps up about 8:30 p.m. and will head 
 to the bar across the room.\n \nTypically, the meetings are held at B
 emis Library however the library space has been reserved during tax se
 ason to help people in the community.  The meeting should be back at
