The presidential address appears to be a rare event from the oval office. Tune in Sundayevenin at 6:00 p.m. MT, probably almost all of the regular TV (or radio?) stations.
NOTE: Randy Corporon will be filling in for Matt Dunn on Backbone Radio show on 710 KNUS radio (5:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday) and plans to dissect the speech following, so that is the place to go for local commentary.
