Event Description

Our leader is busy with his usual daily employment and business but a meeting date needs to be announced. Randy Corporon will provide better details and his game plan soon.

There may be an earlier start for this meeting so please watch for updates. We do need some volunteers to arrive early (5:00 p.m.) to help with the set up because both of the large meeting rooms will be used.

Arapahoe County Tea Party -- Monthly Meeting

5:00 - 6:00: Volunteers are needed for set up

Please arrive early for sign in and visiting

6:00 - 8:30: Meeting program to be announced soon

8:30: Adjourn and socialize [room needs to have chairs and tables cleared and stacked]

9:00: Facilities are closed promptly by library staff

Have you seen the Heritage Foundation and Family Research Council Values Bus? It is touring the country and may be in our area then.
