Arapahoe County Tea Party -- Monthly Meeting -- Preliminary Agenda
 
6:30 - 6:45:  Introductions
6:45 - 7:00:  Review announcement handout
 
7:00 - 8:00:  Agenda to be determined--subjects may include:
                   How to get involved for 2012
                    --  Review the caucus
                    --  Other organizations [i.e., R Block Party or GOP groups]
                    --  Volunteer
                    --  Candidates or events
 
 
8:00 - 8:30:  Final comments
 
8:30:  Adjourn and socialize [room needs to have chairs and tables cleared]
 
9:00:  Facilities are closed promptly

 

At the November 1, 2011, meeting Randy B. Corporon was nominated and elected to lead the meetings.  There was no December meeting because of several conflicting events.  The January meeting was well attended.  The GOP caucus conflicted with the February meeting date so there was no meeting

Sorry, folks. I may have to miss the next few meetings. Job situation may have me working seven days a week for the next few weeks. Not sure how long. Both jobs are starting to get busy, though one always drops off. I need to do this, though.
