Issue Monday at the Centennial Institute will be on the topic of "WOMEN, MINORITIES, AND THE GOP: CAN THEY CONNECT?"  The speakers are Debbie Brown of the Colorado Women's Alliance, Derrick Wilburn of the Rocky Mountain Black Tea Party, and Michael Barrera, former Pres. of US Hispanic Chamber.
