"Honk & Wave at I-225 & Parker Road
Tonight was such great fun we've decided to do it again on a larger scale. Join us on Thursday afternoon from 4:30-6:30 pm at the South East corner of Parker Road and I-225. Where the North bound 225 traffic exits onto Parker Road.
We'll be there supporting the Romney/Ryan ticket as well as tons of other folks running for Republican office in Aurora!
Please join us!!! It is a ton of fun to get out and meet your neighbors at the same time as Mail-in Ballots are arriving in folks mail boxes!"
[Note: About 30 people participated in the Monday event near E-470 and Smoky Hill Road. Everyone had plenty of fun. Candidates George Brauchler, Kevin Priola, and Bill Ross participated.]
Comment
For the I-225 and Parker Road location Thursday afternoon, Stephanie Danaher has commented:
"I scoped out the corner yesterday. Probably best to park at the Red Lion and walk across. There is a break in the fence at the crosswalk! See you there!"
Considering it was still a little windy and a bit chilly, there were a few people who turned out for the location at Tower and Hampden on Wednesday, October 17. George Brauchler had 3 people out to hold a big banner and a couple of Romney supporters were out with signs for him and John S. Lyons (candidate for Senate District 28).
Reportedly George Brauchler will be at the I-225 and Parker Road event Thursday.
