 ut fracking!\n \nAlso, now that the Governor is convening an 18 memb
 er Oil and Gas Task Force to deal with fracking and the related contr
 oversies, we won't see this issue on the November ballot.  But is thi
 s just a way to get past the November election and then deal with it l
 ater?  Robert will share his opinion about what can be accomplished 
 by the committee or if another means to deal with this topic is prefe
