 y.  Mr. Frank Francone will inform us about what this Act will do to 
 our insurance costs, how it will change the way doctors and hospitals 
 do business, how it will affect those uninsured and how it will impact
  our future health care.\n \nMr. Francone graduated from Claremont Me
 n's College in Economics, earned his law degree from Boalt Hall, and h
 olds and advanced degree in Earth and Energy Science, Complex Systems 
 from Chalmers University of Technology.  He recently became a researc
 h fellow at the Colorado's Centennial Institute and specializes in hea
 lth care issues, second amendment issues, and fiscal policy.\n\nThis w
