 ue to very bad weather, I hope you’ll make every effort to attend ou
 r meetup on Wednesday, April 27th   featuring discussion on Amend
 ment 69.   Our guest speaker is Kelly Sloan who is a Colorado base
 d government relations and public affairs consultant, journalist, colu
 mnist, and Centennial Institute policy fellow. He moved to Colorado fr
 om Alberta, Canada in 2006 and is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forc
 es and has a degree in criminology. Mr. Sloan will be discussing Amen
 dment 69 known as “Colorado Care” by proponents. This amendment
  will be on our November ballot, and if it passes it will result in a�
 �$25 billion tax increase and Colorado would immediately have the hig
 hest state income tax at 14.63% in the entire country.\n \nPlease Not
 e: There is a $12 cover charge which includes a taco bar buffet, sof
 t drink, dessert and the cost of the meeting room. Alcoholic drinks ca
 n be purchased at a separate cash bar.\n \nEveryone is welcome, so pl
 ease invite family and friends.\n \nAlso, if you RSVP and then do not
  attend, you will be required to cover the cost of your meal as the re
 staurant has incurred the expense and requires payment for the meal.\n
