 Increase
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a very important discussion about Amend
 ment 66 which will be on the November ballot this year! Special inter
 est groups hope to pass the largest tax increase in our state's histor
 y under the guise of education reform and would raise state income ta
 x rates for everyone.  It represents a 27% state income tax increase 
 on those making more than $75,000 per year, and an 8% increase on thos
 e making $75,000 or less. The proposed rate for incomes up to $75,000
  gives Colorado one of the five highest income tax base rates in the n
 ation! \nKen Clark, Co-host of Grassroots Radio Colorado, on 560 AM T
 alk Radio KLZ will present the facts about how this amendment will aff
 ect Colorado, our schools and our pocket books.  He has studied the i
 ssue and wants to help spread the word about the facts and myths rega
 rding how this amendment will/will not benefit our kids.  Proponents 
 of the amendment are prepared to spend millions of dollars to see th
 is issue passed by the voters. \nEveryone is welcome, so please invit
 e family and friends to learn about this issue.  There is no room cha
 rge, but attendees are urged to purchase a food or drink item to help
