 \n \nCentennial Institute presents a debate on this clash of visions.
   \"Resolved: To help slow global climate change, the U.S. should red
 uce immigration and stabilize our population, as part of efforts to cu
 t back sharply on greenhouse gas emissions.\" That's the proposition C
 afaro will affirm and Zubrin (pictured) will negate.\n \nThe Issue Mo
 nday debate will take place on Monday, April 15, from 7-8:30 p.m. at t
