  rebutted by insisting that population growth and carbon energy are bo
 th good things. To contend otherwise, he charged, is \"anti-humanity.\
 "\n \nCentennial Institute presents a debate on this clash of visions
 .  \"Resolved: To help slow global climate change, the U.S. should re
 duce immigration and stabilize our population, as part of efforts to c
 ut back sharply on greenhouse gas emissions.\" That's the proposition 
 Cafaro will affirm and Zubrin (pictured) will negate.\n \nThe Issue M
