Radio hosts, Matt Dunn and Krista Kafer, will offer their commentary on events both cultural and political.
"We’ve got three terrific guests: We’ll talk with Debbie Brown of the Colorado Women’s Alliance about how the Romney Campaign has erased the gender gap this election by appealing to women’s minds and hearts, not their parts, as the other campaign has attempted with paltry returns. Did you catch the new campaign ad by Team Obama likening voting to losing one’s virginity? Catch Krista’s blog on the topic.
We’ll also talk Debbie Manzanares of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado about their efforts to put an end to the tragedy of trafficking through advocacy, awareness, rehabilitation, and services for survivors. Finally, John S. Lyons, candidate for Colorado Senate District 28, will give us his take on these last two weeks on the campaign trail.
The state of the presidential race with 9 days left has Colorado dead even at 47.8 to 47.8 in the Real Clear Politics composite poll average. Right down to the decimal point, it doesn't get closer than this.
We were blown away by Kyle Clark’s 9News interview of President Obama on Friday night. Making the most of his opportunity to speak with the President, Reporter Clark asked some pointed questions about Benghazi, Abound Solar, and the president’s use of the word “bull**itter” to describe his opponent. Not exactly civil! Clark gets the first annual Backbone Award for his noble example of reportage. Mainstream media take note!
We'll also review the presidential debates en summarium, the latest gaffes from Joe Biden -- Delirium Bidens -- and we'll debrief on last night's kinetic packed house KNUS "Talkers Tour" event with Karl Rove, Hugh Hewitt and Mike Gallagher. A great time was had by all."
Don’t miss it! Tune in to 710 KNUS or 1460 KZNT Colorado Springs or online at http://www.710knus.com/ from 5 to 8 PM. Call 303-696-1071. Your smart choice for Sunday night radio.
