Message from Nikki Mata:

Hi All,

On behalf of the Arapahoe County Republican Party,  Lori Horn & I will be hosting poll watcher training for Arapahoe County Voting Centers.

Due to changes resulting from the shift to Voting Centers in Arapahoe County, there are developments that everyone needs to be aware of...
Even if you have gone through the Victory/ElectionDay Task Force (ORCA) training, we have additional training particular to our Voting Centers.
We will also be assigning and certifying volunteers.
We have set up four training sessions, starting tonight and going through Saturday.
If you have people who signed up for ORCA or volunteered to poll watch previously, please have them attend one of the training sessions.
If you have people who can devote even a few hours to poll watching, it is not too late to get them trained, certified and assigned to a Voting Center.
The sessions will consist of three parts:
1. training on what your role is at the Voting Center
2. filling out the certification form
3. assignment/staffing voting centers
The challenge will be getting the word out to all those who had volunteered to poll watch, either at caucus or through ORCA.
They may or may not have been contacted previously.
Time is short and we want to start staffing ASAP.
As we all know, Arapahoe County is critical to Colorado, and Colorado is critical to our country.
Please help us get the word out!
Attached below please find the R Block info for training sessions.
Don't hesitate to contact either Lori or me if you have any questions.
Thank You,
Nikki Mata
Lori Horn
